In a very small town with a very long name...

Super Deep Lore: After retiring from the Rhabarberbarbarabarbarbarenbartbarbierbierbar, Rhabarberbarbarabarbarbarenbartbarbierbierbarbärbel has moved off to a far away land. After building a house, a dragon has arrived and notified her that she didn't have a permit to build a house there. However, Rhabarberbarbarabarbarbarenbartbarbierbierbarbärbel is no chump, and found a loophole in the dragon's local district rules. If she could claim her house as a town, and give her town a long enough name, she could challenge the dragon to a duel, and by killing the dragon, she'd get off easy without the permit.
